At your first session you’ll complete a survey to help us understand your pain points and stage of pregnancy. This is a living document we use to create and edit your massage plan as your needs evolve at every session.

Your first massage is all about learning what techniques and pressure levels feel best for you. We use supportive cushions to achieve the ideal position for your body to relax fully and allow us to focus on areas that need the most relief.

Post-Session Care & RecommendationsAt the end of your session, we’ll answer any additional questions, make notes on what worked best, and provide guidance on stretches, movements, and self-care techniques to extend the benefits of your massage. If you’re a member of our Signature Mama Flow Method ® (link) we will update your punch card and adjust the plan accordingly.
