Meet Jane
When Jane had her son during COVID, her planned birth-center delivery shifted into an unexpected cesarean. She left the hospital with very little guidance for what physical recovery would actually look like, and that experience stayed with her.

After stepping away from massage to stay home with her son, Jane returned to her work with a renewed focus: helping women feel more supported, informed, and connected to their bodies throughout pregnancy, birth recovery, and motherhood.

With more than a decade of experience in massage therapy and advanced training in prenatal, postpartum, abdominal, craniosacral, and therapeutic bodywork, Jane brings both clinical skill and lived experience into the treatment room.

Her approach isn’t about choosing between conventional care and holistic support. It’s about understanding your options, listening to your body, and building care around what you actually need.
More Than a Massage.
At Take Care Mama, bodywork is part of a bigger conversation about how the body changes through fertility, pregnancy, birth, recovery, and motherhood.
Sessions combine hands-on care with education and practical tools so you can better understand what you’re feeling, ask better questions, and make informed decisions about your care.

The goal isn’t just temporary relief. It’s helping you feel more comfortable, capable, and connected to your body as it changes.

Outside the Treatment Room
Jane grew up in Littleton after spending her early childhood in Singapore and Indonesia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands before studying massage therapy at the Colorado School of Healing Arts and graduating in 2010.
When she isn’t working with clients, she’s usually spending time with her husband, son, and dog or getting outside for an adventure.
